We have partnered with JustFund to provide a practical and compassionate solution for clients who need support covering legal costs and expenses related to separation and estate administration matters – including mediation fees, court costs, accounting services, preparing a home for sale and more.
Through this partnership, eligible clients can access a flexible line of credit to help manage legal fees and expenses—without any repayments required until after a settlement is reached. Unlike traditional lenders, JustFund does not assess income or credit scores when supporting clients in Family Law and Estate Administration Matters.
This kind of flexible funding can be life-changing, especially for clients who are financially dependent on a partner, experiencing family violence, managing an estate after a loved one’s passing, or navigating complex legal issues without the immediate means to proceed.
By introducing flexible funding as a payment option from the start, our aim is to ensure that no one is denied quality legal representation or has to settle for less than is fair simply because of their financial position.

JustFund is Australia’s first and only dedicated family law and estate funding provider, partnering with leading family law and estate law firms to make legal representation more accessible, especially for those facing financial hardship.
Accessing legal services can feel impossible when money is tight. Whether you’re financially dependent on your partner, experiencing family violence, managing an estate, or juggling mortgage and daily living costs, the burden of legal fees can put justice out of reach. JustFund aims to remove that barrier by providing a flexible, affordable line of credit tailored to your legal case.
Funding with JustFund can be accessed at any stage of your family law or estate administration matter and is repaid only after your settlement. By simplifying access to legal finance, JustFund empowers people to move forward with confidence, dignity, and support when they need it most.

The loan can be used for costs connected to probate and administration, such as funeral expenses, legal fees, valuations and court filing fees. It can also be used for maintenance of the estate such as property insurance or repairs, and even for legal fees incurred by executors to defend litigation claims. With beneficiary consent, it can also fund renovations, and sale preparations, or even early inheritance distributions.
Family Law Matters: JustFund’s line of credit only covers matters related to property settlements. Unfortunately, JustFund cannot cover cases that only involve parenting arrangements. However, if you’re organising parenting and property matters simultaneously, JustFund can assist.
Estate Administration: The executor or administrator of the estate, or their lawyer, can apply for the loan. Beneficiaries, in some circumstances, may also be able to apply for early access to estate assets.
